We can consign your diamond or jewelry if we think it is a good fit for our website. It is unpredictable as to when it will sell.
In the case we are all in agreement and your piece arrives here in our office, we will have it up on the website within a few weeks.
We add your consignment piece to our website under "Special Deals". It will also be listed under our in-stock diamonds according to whatever shape/cut it is.
While we do get significant web traffic, keep in mind that we offer to list your item on our website at zero cost which is not common. We do not advertise one person's consignment over another otherwise we have to do it for everyone consistently and we do not have the man hours for that.
You do not need to reach out to us about the piece after it has arrived unless you desire to lower the price or have it shipped back to you. If the item sells we will contact you.
If you are going to sell it through another website, you cannot use the media that we have provided.
