Yes. Laboratory grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically the same as mined diamonds.
Which sizes come with IGI certificates?
The 2, 2 1/2 and 3 cttw pairs come with IGI reports. All sizes are D/E color, VS1–VVS1 clarity and IGI Ideal Cut.
Are other metals available?

What size should I choose?
1/2 to 1 cttw is a subtle everyday look, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cttw is a noticeable step up, and 2 cttw and above makes a statement.
