Deposit to Ship Diamond in for Analysis
This $1,000 deposit is required as a commitment to following through with us after we lay out the expenses to ship the diamond in for you and take time to provide analysis and video.
We will have the diamond within 24-48 hours if shipped during the business week. Once it arrives, we will get to work and email you back with all of the info on the same day that it arrives.
If you are not happy with it, we will find you the next best option. If you want to back out, you will be refunded your deposit less roundtrip shipping fees.
If you move forward with the diamond, the deposit is applied towards the total purchase.
PayPal is our credit provider. To use your own credit/debit card, click "more payment options". Then, under Express Checkout, click the PayPal button and you will see the button to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". We also accept Venmo and Zelle.
